RESERVATIONS and DEPOSITS:
We suggest that reservations be made as soon as you know your vacation schedule. That will secure your place on the trip you want. Your deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. Separate checks should be sent for each tour booked. Balance is due within five days of receipt of itinerary and balance statement. Only one discount can be used per trip.

PICK-UP LOCATIONS:
We pick up at Peebles in Bardstown. In Louisville we will pick up at Executive West. Other pick-up locations will be decided on a trip basis. We will make every effort to pick-up at the most convenient location to you. In the event you do not drive we will pick you up at your home. In Bardstown there is no charge for door-to-door pick-up. Outside of Bardstown there is a $10.00 charge for this service.

LUGGAGE:
Due to limited space, each person may bring one suitcase and one small carry-on.

PASSPORTS:
As of January 1, 2008 you will need a passport for cruises, oversees trips and Canada.
A driver*s license is no longer acceptable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Mattingly Tours & Travel understands that at times, due to uncontrollable circumstances, it may become necessary for you to cancel a tour. In the event that cancellation does become necessary, the following policy will apply:
We will have to charge any non-recoverable expenditures made on behalf of the participant at the time of cancellations. Cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to tour departure will be subject to the entire cost of the tour. There will be a $10.00 handling fee to cover the cost of postage, processing, faxes and telephone expenses.

TRIP INSURANCE:
Insurance is available on a per trip basis. Call for pricing and additional information.
